Credit Card Application Process

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently app**** for the Avios Credit Card and little did I know that it would be such a bad experience. The card was delivered to me 4 weeks ago, I was told to hand my fica documents to the delivery guy. This was done and when I went to the branch a week later to get my card pin, I was told my proof of residence was missing, which the Norwood branch submitted on my behalf. Another week passed and still no communication, I then called Avios and they told me there were some issues with the Fica documents the delivery guy scanned ( HE SCANNED AND TOOK MY DOCUMENTS) Where are these documents? I then resubmitted my documents to ********** and ********** Still no communication a week later, I then went to the branch and I was told documents have been received and I should wait for an sms in 48 hours, this was Thursday, today is Tuesday im sure 48 hours have passed. Friday a lady from the courier company called to ask me to send my ID and proof of residence AGAIN! At this stage I am very unhappy and I still sent them again to absa and cc'd the courier lady. No communications since then. Today is Tuesday and still card is still useless and where have my documents gone to?</p> <p> </p>
