Avios Card Not keeping records of my Petrol use!

Seems that my 2x Avios Cards were Not keeping records of my Petrol use!<br> I used for months at the BP Express Somerset West and they swiped and gave me the receipts stating that has been credited but when I checked nothing has been credited.<br> I have done the complex job of activating both of them as soon I got it as there is a huge label on it (and I kept it on) where we see the code to be used.<br> Let me know urgently what solution you give me as I feel like I have been in a ****......<br> <br>
