Avios/BP Competition
Entered and won a competition in November 2015. Was told I would have a response on collecting my prize with in 10 working days of replying to their email. It has been two months and I have heard nothing. I have called the call center 3 times and every time the person that can help me is unavailable. They clearly can not keep their promises to clients!
