Avid Brands High Level of Service

Had a slight problem with the Sulphate Free Nu-Hair® Treatments Conditioner 200ml, as it was very runny, more than one would expect, and this was my first time buying the product. I sent a mail from their website, and got a response in no more than a couple of days, apologising for the matter at hand. I was then sent two (!) replacement units by Shannon Matzner, the same week. It did appear that the item I bought was diluted somehow, but I'm very happy with the replacement items sent to me. I'll be sure to continue to use the product, as I'm very happy with the results.
