My vehicle was parked in their parking lot when their light pole fell onto my bonnet. They were polite at first and said their insurance will cover it. I believed them and when I asked for an update I was told to stop contacting them and then received a letter that their insurance will not cover my damages as it was an "act of god" They have no signs suggesting you will be held liable for damages. Disgusting.
