Very Important Same Day Cargo

Yesterday I went to Aviair Cargo International with an important package that was needed in Durban for same day delivery to a VIP (Very Important Person). I have not sent a package before via airmail and in this manner and asked the ladies and they were very helpful and friendly. They didn't have a debit card facility and I left the package and all necessary details and at 9:50am I sent proof of payment and followed up with a call. Because of the urgency of the matter I didn’t shop around but they didn’t know the price and asked around only to all confirm they only have 2017 price lists. At 1st when I hear it’s R404 for a package that doesn’t even weigh 100g, I was a bit concerned but still went along as it was a matter of utmost importance. By 11am I called 3 times requesting a reference (AWB) but only to receive a text at 11:05 stating, “Hi Gershwin waybill number ********** **** flight departs arrives 13:50”. By around 5pm the guy went to collect but no one could find the package and after several calls I could also not get any help as no one knew anything about this. After I called one of their employees afterhours, as the office was closed at about 9pm she assured me to assist in the morning and asked if I didn’t get the waybill…NOW THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO COLLECT IS NOT TAKING MY CALLS NOR AM I SURE IF THEY WILL COLLECT AS IT WAS NEEDED YESTERDAY AND THEY FEEL I AM WAISTING THEIR TIME. MY MONEY & TIME WASTED AND THIS CAN HAVE PRICELESS CONCEQUENCES FOR ME!!! Thanks Aviair Cargo International.
