Outstanding Customer Service

I recently contacted AVI Products, via email, to advise them of a problem with 2 bags of their Adult Dog food. Within 30 minutes, Winetta contacted me. Despite me have no proof of purchase, (nor the batch numbers, due to the bags having been disposed of) she trusted my word. I told her that it was the 1st time, we encounter the problem as we have been purchasing that brand for many years & will still continue to do so. I am very surprised & pleased with the way Winetta handled this & sincerely thank her & AVI Products for their care.
