Bad bad product

About 5 months ago I bought the ideal puppy food for my puppy that is manufactured by AVI products after opening the bag I found bugs in the food, I contacted them and they apologised and said they will send me 2 bags of food as a compensation for this, 5 months later I'm still waiting....will really not recommend them at all, I have since changed brand for both my puppy and cats. Absolutely terrible after service
