Koffiehuis Icon of South Africa has a Quality issue.

Pronto coffee bags are generally good quality and very convenient and I have been using them for years. I generally always purchase them at Spar or a big supermarket to avoid getting old stock but lately the quality has been undesirable and now after purchasing the last bag I will not support the product further. Every now and then you get a torn bag but lately it has intensified and the last bag one third of the bags were unusable which is unacceptable. I have this time kept the bags and the packet and hope that they ask for it so they can rectify this issue. Things are expensive and not even one in twelve is a acceptable loss.
