DO NOT DOWNLOAD AVG SECURITY ONTO YOUR PC

I am absolutely flabbergasted at the damned outright bad service I have received from AVG.<br> <br> Firstly I bought a TWO YEAR ONE PC Internet Security package from this firm and have regretted it ever since.<br> <br> My PC has suddenly become so slow that I almost threw the entire box in my swimming pool yesterday...i am frustrated beyond words...as I need Internet security due to the many up / downloads I do for my business.<br> <br> I have tried seven times to email 'someone' at AVG to assist me but keep getting the same frustrating answer...your query has been sent through to our sales department...please call them if you do not get assisted....meaning that I must call THEM in AUSTRALIA (from SOUTH AFRICA) to make a complaint...no email address is given...this is so typical of customer services these days...pass the damned buck to the next department to sort out...this is NOT A SALES COMPLAINT...IT IS A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION COMPLAINT!!! I have also seen a very disturbing trend amongst large corporations these days...lets not give anyone a clue as to where we are situated and the names or even email addresses of ANYONE...lets allow them to vent their frustrations out into cyberspace...
