Complaint

I made a deposit on Monday the 24th of February and sent them proof of payment so that they can secure a booking for me at one of the chalets at Haarties,, till today there is no communication whatsoever for me to get ready and prepare for our vacation

When I call them there is no answer, when I send them a message on WhatsApp there is no response
