****mer warning
I ordered and they did not deliver. I asked for a refund, they kept quiet. Instead they tried to use my card to make another purchase. These are clearly ****mers.

Undelivered order 1406
I ordered 3 bottles of Batana Oil from Avernea and the advert promised delivery between 3-5 working days. I placed and paid for my order on 5 August, and till today I have not received the order, I have not waybill number to track it. When I email them, they keep apologising for the delay and say they have escalated the matter but nothing is happening. It is now looking like a ****ming tactic.
