Going beyond expectations!

Good day,

I would like to compliment Averda for their caring and effective response to a complaint I submitted. The best of all it was not for their services or products they supply. It was for a distribution truck being careless and placing my and my son's life in danger. Usually this gets brushed by some companies and that number for 'how's my driving' doesn't mean much. But to the staff that took the time to phone me not once but 3 times and apologized for the situation, also confirming that the matter will be dealt with and they consider each individual important even though I am not a customer.

That's is what I call going beyond expectations!
