TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY AVERAGE POWER

Electrical services company in JHB South who were hired to install a hybrid inverter system. Installation completed and hybrid inverter system gave problems immediately, electrician indicated more electrical work needed to be done in good faith paid for additional work, however issue was not resolved attempted to contact the installer and his not taking my calls or responding to e-mails in order to have the matter resolved. It is now obvious these guys had no clue what they were doing yet still accepted my money and didn't deliver on the service paid for. ZAR47K later I now regret using this company and this now makes me weary of all small businesses I would now rather pay a premium to a reputable company and have assurances and guarantees about the product I am buying. Extremely disappointed in the company and the ********* behavior. Please be very cautious when dealing with this company.
