Horrible!

What an *********** organisation.

I have never experienced this in my life, I paid upfront cause I wanted to get it out of the way and that was my biggest mistake, after I paid everything went down the drain. The administration is HORRIBLE, they give a bad name to small businesses, I have had to report to my bank that I have been ****med by them in order for me to get my money back and a case will be opened, the car was always filthy, the service was the worst no matter how many times I complained. They lack basic customer service skills, the owner is never reachable.
