Poor communication

placed an online order with Avenue Exchange on Monday, 30th June as a birthday gift. I received confirmation, but no shipping updates, tracking, or emailed replies, even after following up multiple times via email and phone

This level of silence over more than 3 business days is completely unacceptable. I urgently need them to either deliver the order today/tomorrow or issue a full refund immediately.
