I purchased 2 items from this Online Company on February 12 2024 totaling R1200. The delivery time promise as advertised on their home page is delivery within 10-14 working days of order. Today is April 11, 2024 and I have still not received my item. The order was only moved to the shippers on March 07, 2024 and the last movement on their tracking page is March 27, 2024. They do not respond to your email. I want my money back.
