Beware – Avenoir Living appears to be a ****.

I ordered a Giant Bean Bag Chair from Avenoir Living’s online store and paid the full purchase price on 3 June 2025. After two full weeks of silence, I attempted to follow up via email and WhatsApp – but received no response whatsoever.

It was only after I publicly commented on their Facebook page that I received any acknowledgment. They responded with a vague promise to provide an update on my order “within the hour.” That update never came. Instead, I had to keep following up, only to be told eventually that they were “experiencing delays in processing and shipping” and that I should contact their customer support.

When I asked for their customer support details, I was met with silence. No information was provided. Shortly thereafter, I was blocked from their Facebook page, which completely cut off my only remaining communication channel with the company.

I have since requested a refund via email, but – as expected – I received no response.

To date:

No order has been delivered.

No refund has been issued.

No one responds to emails or WhatsApp messages.

Their phone line is permanently off.

And they’ve taken deliberate steps to avoid accountability by blocking customers who demand answers.

This is a deeply ********* business that operates with zero transparency, no customer service, and apparently no intention of fulfilling paid orders. I can only conclude from my experience that Avenoir Living is not a legitimate retailer but a well-orchestrated ****.

Avoid this company at all costs.
