Bean bags not received yet and you do not get any form of response or feedback

This is the worst service I've ever received

I bought to bean bags from Avenoir living on the 17th of June, but until now I did not get any feedback on my WhatsApp of emails.

They do not answer their phone as well when you do phone

I do not know what the other people did who did receive their orders

This is reducoulous how many times I did follow up on our order without getting any response

The reviews on there website is all positive but I did not get the service

I really just hope that some one will just get back to mee
