HR NON-ADMINISTRATION

<p>on the 20th of january my husband was retrenched from his employer AVENG MOOLMANS. He contacted his head HR nonkosi ngqoyiya regarding his severance package and pension and provident fund to be paid out . The head HR Nonkosi then stated that the retrenchment and provident fund will be paid out middle march. Today whe. He called nmg benefits where his pension and provident is growing they advised him that the papers for the withdrawl of his pension and provident fund had never been recieved or sent . Upon calling nonkosi she then stated that she had sent the papers on the 31 of jan . And that my husband should rather speak to cheten the person who works with the withdrawls . As we tirelessly tried to call him all afternoon there was no answer and the head HR Nonkosi also could not get ahold of him . They never follow up and they never clled us again to give us n update as to what solution they have for this problem .</p>
