Failure to pay Refund

I have had the worst experience with the company, I went there to buy some roif tiles on the 07 July 2020 and paid 14k since I had already arranged for transport. The transport guy change the delivery amount on that day and it was going to cost 3 times the initial amount. I decided to leave the material and try to source a reasonable transport, I couldn't get one I then decided to inform Aveng and Titus the guy who helped us that I no longer need the material on the 8 July 2020. The guy decided not to respond neither forward a refund form. I called the company several times until I was given a number for a lady called Thandi who forwarded the forms. I sent back all the required documents on the 13 July 2020 and Thandi responded that it will take 3 weeks for them to refund me. I still have not recieved the refund today and beyond frustrated as their landlines is hardly answered and Thandi is no longer working for the company. I would advise people to use this company they are the worst when it comes to refunds.
