Aveng Poor Service from *********** Staff

It's truly mind boggling that in this day and age where business is so tight that a Huge company like Aveng will not look after a customer that requires their services.

We are a fibre company doing work for the City Of Johannesburg Transport depart (ReaVaya) and we required paving for one of the many stations in Jhb. We called Grace Bhilla to order the pavers and she messed up the calculations, giving us WAY more than we required. We called her back and gave he the meterage for the pavers and its been over a week and no quote. We have to constantly call her to request the quote and she has no drive or common courtesy to contact us.

Today we called again and she gives us a story that we must get a paving expert to measure for us. She has not idea of how to measure a simple square meterage. We called back requesting to speak to a manager and another lady Koketso (Sorry for spelling and she sounded ****led) told me that they will not assist us without the square meterage even though we had the info for them.

She proceeded to inform me that I can take it up with her management if I want to. Hence me writing this review. Hopefully her management can see how *********** the 2 o f them are.

I will be getting all the pavers I need from someone else.
