Very Poor Service and Professionalism

Extremely poor service from Avecs in Durban. There's an Indian gentleman in the dispatch department who answers calls for that department. Very rude and inconsiderate. He really should not be client facing. Beforward should consider getting another logistics company or giving customers the option to choose their own logistics company for delivery of vehicles.
