Poor, inconsiderate, unsympathetic service

Dear Potential customer, I had quite a good experience with this company until they had to deliver the cargo I had assigned to them. They wasted my time and money making me book accommodation for a week prior to the actual cargo being delivered purely because they gave me false information and claimed the cargo had been in transit while this was far from the truth. When I requested that they compensate me for this, they failed to do so. These type of companies forget that they exist because of customers like us. I strongly advise you not you use services of such companies who cannot take accountability for their actions or lack of as it clearly shows the character of the people you deal with. Very disappointing indeed as my experience with a certain individual was of utmost pleasure until her part was concluded.
