Requested for an inspection to be done for my town house. Electrician took less than 5 min to the inspection and they charged R1200. Upon requesting a report or certificate of compliance they send me a quote for R5320 worth of repairs. Things like re-wiring the whole DB Board and labeling. The labeling was already in place and nothing was done to the wiring of the house.<br> <br> This looked strange and I requested a second opinion. Upon inspection everything was in order and I received a Certificate of Compliance.<br> <br> I requested a refund - and they stated that it was for the inspection only...<br> I have also requested AIA registration and qualifications of the electrician
