FALSE INFORMATION AND BAD SERVICE!!

i phoned Avax electrical for a COC certificate on my property. I spoke to Monique de beer and asked her what the costs would be. She rep**** R1250 for COC certificate. I asked her several times and she said thats the cost. I then get no feedback from her after inspection was done and mail her for coc certificate. She responds with (herewith quotation for repairs. Quote for repairs R 16435.00. I then phoned her and asked about the quote. The amounts on the quote is wrong and some of the work quoted for is in place. Sher never explained to me that the inspection fee is R1250 and after that i will recieve a quote for repairs. On their website it says free quotes.
