Withdrawal Experience
My experience with Avatrade regarding withdrawals has been extremely frustrating and disappointing lately. I initiated a withdrawal on 2026/06/11 and up until today I have not yet received my money. The withdrawal method was recently changed and that method is not good. I feel like I'm ****med as the matter could not be resolved on time. I feel so helpless and I don't think I will ever trade with Avatrade. Their consultants are extremely rude on the phone and Avatrade always take their side.

18 Jun 2026, 13:14I have not yet received my money since 2026/06/11 and Avatrade is saying my bank must trace the money and I was sent some **** proof of payment to take it to my bank.
I am now in contact with FAIS Ombud and FSCA to lodge a formal complaint with the help of my legal representative.
I am very disappointed as Avatrade claim to be the best in compliance.

I answered few questions and swore that the money is not *****ulent. The money was released after that phone call.
I will do the same in the future.
The whole process was stressful and extremely frustrating as my local bank had no clue as to how to help me.
