False advertising and problem with withdrawal

I deposited with them last year. I deposited because of the adverts from smartalgotrade that I get to trade with their robot if I open the account there. I received the deposit and I was told that I can't use a bot because I paid minimum $100. I wanted to withdraw and I was told about the deposit bonus and I traded and lost and requested my money and I was told I can withdraw about 600+zar. I requested the withdrawal and I was told about leverage. The last thing I was told that I can only withdraw the same way I deposited which my bank is not in the options which I used to deposit. Now smartagotrade sent me messages that if I am from SA and I deposit$100 I will trade with a bot. Now after depositing I am told I can't because my account is old. All I want is my money smartalgotrade and avartade is my money.
