Avatrade is refusing to pay out my Commission

I requested my commission withdral in January 2024 and I was advised that I will get it on the 15 of March 2024, on the 15 March, ut was not paid out how ever Davide Levy and Esther Landshof keep on insisting that my commission is paid out while it's still reflecting on their system (ava trade). They told me to follow up with Nateller, how do I follow up with Neteller while my money is showing on their system, Im very disappointed with this broker.
