AvaTrade is a big ****MM

Avatrade is the most dishonest trading company I have dealt with. We registered an account with them and then proceeded to make a deposit of $1,009.00 via their ABSA account. The money was successfully processed into our trade account. After a bit of trading, we decided to withdraw our funds a process that should take at least 10 days now has turned into a battle for our money, 3months later and we still have not received our funds. FICA and Ombudsman will have our request for their license to be canceled and we have already instructed our lawyer to action a lawsuit for losses and damages. Your accounts will be frozen and I will make sure you don't trade anywhere on the African continent. Your consumer service is pathetic and rude. BIG ****MMMMM!!

Dear

We would like to inform you that we have sent your withdrawal of $625.00 successfully via wire transfer on 27.5.2020.

We would like to ask you to send us an official letter of non receipt, issued by your bank, confirming that you did not receive the money, so that we can open an investigation.

Please contact your Bank and ask them for an official letter document, since we cannot accept emails.

Once received, we will immediately forward it to our Financial Department.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

We are looking forward to your reply.

There is no bank in South Africa that can trace or confirm receipt of payment using the payment transcripts that you provided. Your bank ABSA failed to use the payment script that you provided to confirm your payment. Our bank also failed to trace your payment. The payment transcripts that you sent to us are not banking transcripts.

And these are the lies you told. No bank is unable to issue out any form of proof of payment

Dear
Thank you for contacting AvaTrade.

I trust you are well.
Apologies for the delayed reply on the matter.
We have checked a few times with our specialists now.
Unfortunately there is no way that we can provide anything else, the Absa bank is not providing MT103 swifts.
The proof that we have already provided you with is more than sufficient, you just need to check if you have received the funds or not.
Since you are providing all bank details and they are correct, there should not be any problems to receive your funds.
If your bank cannot locate the funds with the proof that we have provided, if they can provide a letter stating that, it might help us.

I will attach the proof that we have already sent below.

Thank you!

We are pleased to introduce the new Upload documents page in your My Account area, you are now able to follow up on your document verification status, here is an article from our FAQ on this matter: I uploaded my documents. Is my account verified now?

If you have any additional questions, try our extensive list of Frequently Asked Questions page or contact our customer support team through Live Chat, email or phone.Sincerely,

You claim to have paid to us, so kindly provide us with authentic proof of payment on official bank letterhead, with authentic transaction numbers and dates. Then our bank can be able to respond to your claims. So far what you have provided are forged Microsoft word generated transcripts that are nonexistent to the banking system. Our bank wants either a MT103 swift transcript, TT, or any Electronic Transcripts provided by a bank when any payment is made from one account to another.

We still haven't received our money to date or any proof of payment. When we opened our account with your organization, you requested for proof of payment to support our claims (which we provided), once you verified our payment using the proof payment transcripts we provided, you acknowledged receipt of funds.

When we withdrew funds from our account, you said you made the payment to our account and in turn, we asked for proof of payment, you then provided **** transcripts that your bank confirmed as ****.

You don't need a letter from my bank, we need you to provide us with authentic proof of payment so that our bank can trace your so-called payment. It is your duty as the paying party to prove to our bank that you made a payment from your bank. In the same way, you requested us to provide proof of payment when we opened an account with you, you just need to do the same.

The only live chat we are interested in is one that involves yourselves and your bank.

There goes your license and we are suing for losses and damages. The regulator will notify the central bank of Ireland and FCA. I will not be responding here any longer. We received communication from our bank which we forwarded to you. I have posted their response here.

For a bank to trace a payment it requires an authentic MT103 which you have failed to provide since we requested one. Even your own bank ABSA said the proof of payment transcripts you provided were **** and nonexistent.

You see your lies, BIG LIES!!. There's no bank that does not provide proof of payment for any kind of transaction. Whether its an international or local payment, all banks on earth generate authentic payment transcripts that any bank can use to trace payments.

We sent you responses from both your bank, Absa, and our bank. In which they both rejected your proof of payment transcripts. When we made our initial deposit into your account you requested for proof of payment, we sent you bank payment transcripts which you used to trace and locate our funds. Why can't you do the same, it's such a simple thing, give us authentic proof of payment scripts to simply show that you actually made payment.

So if we were the ones to blame why did your compliance personnel admit your gross violation. He also tried to hide by saying our bank "ABSA" rejected the payment when he was well aware that we bank with another bank. Your bank ABSA rejected your **** ********** payment.

Following our investigation, we have discovered that the payment was rejected by the client’s bank (Absa) and the funds were returned to us on 31 May 2020. We request that the client provide his bank details and on receipt, we will immediately transfer $625.00 to him. We would like to express our apologies to the client for any inconvenience caused due to this oversight. Kind regards, Risk & Compliance OfficerT: +***0 | E: 2825E: W: www.avatrade.com

We want you to compensate us for our losses. It is not about the amount but it's a matter of principle.
