AvaTrade Crypto Trading Grabs Deposit Before Client Could Transact.

Avatrade is recommended as a "safe" platform.I made a deposit.Before I could start trading,my whole deposit disappeared.Avatrade customer care told me it was for "fees".What fees as I didnt transact on the account.Resolution.I would like a full refund as I dont trust Avatrade anymore and I dont think they are "safe".
