Finincial Advisors don't use Avatar Global Assist

Avatar Global Assist - calls to set up appointments for Financial Advisor. As per Avatar - these are qualified clients that we can do business with. Unfortunately for us, we received about 4 leads, from July 2015, but we never saw 1 referral. (Husband and wife are considered as 2 appointments).
