Avatar Feedback Community- An Utter Waste of Time

They promise us giftcards for spending our time and giving them feedback. Each survey takes almost 20-40 minutes of our valuabe time, on top of that, we are given false hopes that we are going to get giftcards for our precious time and our feedback. I am owed almost 40$-50$, And have waited almost 3 months.
