AVAST SOFTWARE - TAKE OR AUTHORISE PURCHASE WITHOUT PROPER VERIFICATION

Good Afternoon

I refer to the R 499.00 deducted from my account with no order or reference number only DRI*AVAST software as reference

How is it possible I am assuming the order was under a trial basis and what gives you the right to assume the subscription would be renewed after the trial, no communication whatsoever to communicate or inform of the deduction.

Is this how many of the larger companies make their monies, the "trial subscription" and then assume so you just authorise the purchase without confirmation, I regard that as *****, my bank has already been informed and kindly request a refund.

I await your speedy response and immediate attention in this regard
