Avast *******.

Avast has taken money from my account without authorisation. I have not given permission for them to renew anything or purchased any new products from them and they have taken money from me. Further more it seems impossible to contact anyone regarding this matter as all methods to contact avast are only electronic communication making it impossible to know if you have had any success as this is money that I needed. I have since had to stop my credit card and hope to reverse the transactions only to be told by my bank that I have to dispute the transaction and that will take a while anyway. I have to give a star rating because there does not seem to be an option for no stars. I have been ****** and I cannot get any information on whether I will get my money back.
