Avast Antivirus Company

Avast deducted 2 amounts on 9 Jan 2020 for new subscription for a year. I did not give consent for it. For the last 4 weeks I am struggling to get my money refunded. They only make promises that I will be refunded within 5 - 7 working days which have come and go frequently.

I am disgusted that such a big company can take money and not refund it as asked. Apparently they have 3 billion clients.
