Avast Anti Virus UNAUTHORISED via Credit Card

I have recently requested a Card Division to investigate a ***** case against this Avast Antivirus for unauthorised removal of funds from my credit card accounts. It would appear that once one subscribes, the subscription becomes eternal and they make it almost impossible for anyone to cancel the continuous subscription fees every six months when my initial subscription was for one year. There is no email address where you can contact them. Their website takes you on long tours to different options and choices and you are unable to cancel the subscriptions every 6 months. I have not used their product for the last two years and yet every six months they remove funds from the credit card accounts. I have now opened a ***** case with the respective Credit Card Divisions.
