Terrible waxing session

I have been coming to your spa from 2014. Recently I noted a high turnover of staff. I was there two Sundays ago and had the most awful experience in my waxing. I was burnt on both sides of my upper lip. My husband who always comes with me was offered some chai tea by one of your staff and while he waited he noted the manager tell the staff member not to serve him the tea. My husband has a facial there every two months and has now decided both him and I shouldn't use your services. I have sent an email regarding my face being burnt and to date have had no response.<br> <br> However I did get a response to say only people who book treatments are entitled to chai tea...I certainly wasn't offered anything as a patron.
