Messed up booking and bad attitude from Owner

Booking was messed up on arrival. The was the 2nd time this had happened. It was supposed to be for 2 people and I have sms confirming this. The booking was erroneously made for one person. They simply just said they don't have space to accommodate me even though they had messed up! I traveled all the way to canal walk only to waste my petrol and get a very rude response from the owner. She told me the spa is full, she cannot accommodate me and that I need to call Wikideals to get a refund! No apologies, just a rude an arrogant attitude, and totally unapologetic and no attempt to even remedy the situation. She told me if I don't leave the spa, she will call security to remove my partner and myself.
