Deal not honored in full

After booking a romantic spa day via Wikideals, we were shunted out by staff as it was closing time, which no one communicated during the booking. We had to inquire regarding the extra's we were supposed to received during our treatments, as it was not offered (obviously due to staff wanting to leave). We were then left on our own to \enjoy"the facilities"
