Bad Experience

The treatments was good BUT<br> <br> 1) On arrival we we're taken through to the dressing room, but were not shown around at all, as it was my first time there I would've expected this much as there are no indicators<br> 2) The steam room was either not working or because as mentioned in point 1 we weren't shown how it works properly and thus we were not able to use it. It was also not cleansed since prior use and smelled moldy inside.<br> 3) On the website it says that the spa has a heated pool, but the pool was definitely not heated<br> 4) The jacuzzi was quite dirty and disgusting, with flies and other stuff floating around in the water. <br> <br> I think this is really unacceptable and unhygienic and they should give some urgent attention to hygiene / cleaning, especially in a place which should be promoting well-being and health.<br> <br> I sent complaint e-mail but got no feedback not even an apology.<br> <br> Will not recommend it at all.<br> <br>
