Spa Treatment

I have bought a voucher for avara spa om wikideals and when I called they said they are busy renovating that was in September.....the deal expired in October... They said they don't mind helping me after that date but they phone lines seems to cut and no response on emails or the cell no on the internet... What is happing I need d my money worth or a refund clearly this practice is very unprofessional... No communication from there side at all.. It's been two months I'm await a response from them!
