Reservations not logged

I would like to share a review, on the Avara wellness spa in century city Cape Town. I received a luxury voucher via wiki deals for my birthday. In November, a group booking was made to secure the dates of 12 December 2025 for a massage. The time was also provided by the person who answered the call, which was supposed to be 16:30pm for 13 December. We called one day before to confirm if we could arrive early to enjoy the facility, for the lady Trinity to inform us we have no booking reserved for this day of the 12th. I drive 2 hours to be in Cape Town for this massage, and today being the 21st, still have not secured any kind of reservation before I have to leave Cape Town (23rd December). Yaneshka, who manages the business, has been ignoring my messages and calls, which is very unprofessional. My friend was treated with the most unfriendly attitude when she initially called for the follow up on our booking. We were told even though the voucher expires 30 December, they are able to extend it. The point is that to drive 2 hours costs money. There is no compromise. They have provided a date for the 27th of December, which is not possible as I will leave Cape Town the 23rd!!!
