Worst Hotel Avalon Springs

The worst service from Management right down to staff. As we arrived nobody knew where we had to ve based, even though our accommodation was booked January 2019 for December 2019. We waited in the hot sun in the parking and eventually had to walk to reception as the guys at parking does not have us on the list. We had to go look for parking ourselves after finding someone else on our parking as per the previous room issued to us. We decided again for the 3rd time to go to reception and indicated we need help with parking as we standing on another parking they just ignored us and checked us in taking our bags up etc. Then hours later we had a call from the lady at management to say you must come "move your car lady" that's not your parking and I'm still talking" like a kid, she has no respect nor have a decent way to speak to people,. We then spoke to another manager about her conduct and all he could say there was nothing he can do about her conduct. We asked when we can speak to the General Manager and they said theyll put us through to him and that he will only be back Monday morning. Monday morning early we asked for the General Manager and he had already left again. Avalon Springs has the worse management and do not nt know how to treat people. The female manager had a ****** altercation the previous year with another lady yet they still not doing anything to address her behavior. The place is unorganized for a hotel in the 20years of going there i will not recommend it to anyone as their services has degraded up until today no management has addressed the issues at that hotel.
