Timeshare

I am Mr.Ebrahim David's and I have timeshare at Avalon Springs and my time is week 52 which is booking in on the 29th December and booking out on the 5th January 2018 and my wife sent an Email without my authority to say Avalon must rent out.I was not aware of my wife s actions.I sent a written letter to Avalon to say I'm coming with my dismay they notified me it is rented I am very unhappy as when my wife called this morning she spoke with Natasha at reservation and she requested a written letter and my wife emailed to them.When my wife called after receiving an Email to say they can't accommodate us my wife called and she was very rude,I feel this is ******** and disrespectful.i need advice please Avalon Springs tel number is ********** 150.
