Staff theft at Avolom Springs

Good day I an so deeply upset with The Service i received from Avolon Springs Resort, its one of the most beautiful places to go and relax and Spend time woth family, which i did. I booked 3 chalets for the weekend of the 5th of November until the 7th. Upon our departure from the Venue the Cleaners came to the one Chalet where i was to clean. The one lady went in while we were packing out our things and she asked me if she could start i said yes we are done she can start clearing up. I realized at the reception that i left a R500 in my Robe that i wore that belongs to The resort. I rushed up to get the money before the lady and her team send the robes to the laundry. When i got to the chalet the cleaning staff were having ball with the food i had left and did not even notice me i asked the lady where the robes are because i forgot my R500.00 in the pocket and she said she ddnt empty the robes a guy did and we checked all the robes and the money was nowhere to be found however i was in the pockets of the robe when i took it off so i can only suggest whoever took the bath robes then stole my money. I COMPLAINED to the manager and he said he would investigate among the staff but they stood on their word there waa no money. Its a R500 not aa R50 i was so disappointed as i trusted the staff and management to assist me and He couldn't his Name is Lyndon, He then came to me as said His GM will decide what will happen but theres nothing he can do for me. I even complained to debbie whom i have booked the chalets with i mean i spent almost 16k at avolon for staff to take my money on top of that and nothing is being done is just a disgrace cleaners should be trusted as they are the ones that gey into contact with pupils lost items first. I will never go to Avolon Springs again i am too disappointed and no one has gotten back to me with my complaint. What should i do?
