Hot water springs

Good day

I came all the way from cape Town visiting your place hoping to be in hot springs waters as advertised. I was there today in the day visit area from 10.am and the water was so cold I informed 2 of your staff members and just spoke to a manager via telephone all giving me different theories. I am so disappointed about your so called hot springs that are so cold I wish to never come back nor would I recommend your hot springs to anyone. Goudini Spa is known for hot spring water I'm really not sure why you call your resort hot springs it's such a *******!!!
