Give that Receptionist a Bells!

I would recommend Avalon Springs Resort in Montagu to anyone looking for excellent service and a wonderful venue. <br> <br> A special thank you to Andrea (I forget her surname), the Receptionist, who went out of her way to accommodate my daughter and I when we were stranded in Montagu and ensured that we received discount vouchers for their restaurant. Give that woman a Bells! Her counterpart whose name I didn't get also ensured that we were provided with breakfast even through it was late morning and they were busy packing up.<br> <br> In fact we found all the staff at the Resort to be friendly and accommodating and the facilities were on par with international standards.<br> <br> We spent a wonderful day in their hot water pools and the accommodation was 5 Star. If we didn't have prior commitments and had to fly back to Johannesburg the following day we would have extended our visit indefinitely. I'm therefore not surprised that they are fully booked most of the time.
