Disgusting service at Avalon springs cafe

<p>I was disgusted at the fact that I had to wait several minutes for someone at the cafe to get my attention. Thereafter I wanted to know information about the springs entrance fee and hardly got any response.</p> <p>After that, I ordered food which I got told that the system was down so I would pay when I returned to get my food. 20 min later I came back to pay and collect my food and my order wasn't even placed. I then complained and the staff delt my with complaint terribly making me wait another 20 min to recieive my food. Several people were also waiting to get help but the staff just seemed to be occupied with other things.</p> <p>As as a new visitor I'm not happy with the customer service at the cafe.</p>
