Andre Gebhardt - Avalon Building Projects

All people who are looking to build or who are in the process of building, stay away from this disgusting, lying excuse for a human. He is a ********* disgrace to mankind. He joined me as we were about to start plastering my house which we're currently building. We agreed a price and he brought his team on. They were doing a satisfactory job, that was until Andre decided that they shouldn't be paid. They, understandably left and he replaced them with "my new team", His new team were evidently found on the side of the road and has as much idea of how to plaster as our ex president did about leadership. Andre again, didn't pay his team, (this after I had paid him in excess of R100'000 in plastering work). Underantadably, the got rather irate and starter threatening my other builders that if they continue to work, blood would be shed. Andre - where was he at this time? He refused to take calls , only sending voice Whatsapps that he was in JHB attending a court date - more lies - he was in Herm**** enjoying the money I had paid him to pay his team, (something he never did). Andre also took R12000 for pool formation, and a further R70'000 for ceiling materials. I've never seen one ceiling item arrive at my house and my pool formation never happened - Andre disappeared. He apparently lives in Kuilsrivier but does some of his work out in Blouberg. This man is every bit as revolting as he looks. He evidently ran from JHB where he also *****ed innocent people over and will continue doing it. He is **** of the earth. Do not let him close to your building site - he is a lying piece of filth. All in all, Andre Gebhardt stole around R100'000 from me at a time when I am on the bones of my ****. What makes people do this to innocent people who trust them?
